We will be working with a general contractor, GEMS, for all items regarding your booth. Once you register you will receive instructions on how to log in to your account to order items not already included in your booth (see below). Booth size: 4’ x 6’ booth
Co-Host and Event partner levels receive a double booth.
*Booth placement & size is determined by sponsorship level, registration date and payment date.
4’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, black tablecloth and daily cleaning.
*The exhibit hall is a carpeted ballroom.
Booth does not include:
Electricity, Wi-Fi, wired internet, AV, monitors, laptops, extension cords, furniture, plants, décor, etc.*

All boxes will be in your booth at the time of arrival for setup.

At the conclusion of the conference you are able to leave your boxes in your booth (with labels) for return shipping.
Each year we host a game in the exhibit hall. Attendees are incentivized to attend sessions, events and visit participating booths. If you would like to be included please sign into your account here (confirmation number was emailed to you at the time you registered) and let us know what you are bringing. When you arrive to setup we will collect your prize and feature it in our game. After your prize has been drawn we will give you the box of business cards associated with your prize.
The special Foundations Recovery Network contracted rate for a standard room is $265. The group rate will be available until the cut off date of 10/26/17 or until the block is full. Once the cut-off date arrives, group rates will continue to be offered based on categorical availability.
