If you answered yes to any of these questions, no worries, I’m here to help. In this crazy era of email, it’s easy to hit the opt-out button and call it a day. We’ve all been there, and when attending a conference it’s no different: You’re going to receive an email… or 5,000.
If you’ve attended our events before or viewed our webinars, we want to make sure that you stay up-to-date on the amazing opportunities we offer to the behavioral healthcare community, and the way we stay in touch best is via email. So, if you’re not receiving our emails, one of two things has happened: 1) you’ve opted out or 2) you’re not signed up. Let’s start with number one.
You’ve opted out, but you’re ready to opt back in.
First off, why would you want to opt back in? First, we’ll tell you when registration opens for our events and notify you of upcoming webinars that offer free CE credit. Second, it’s the best way to learn how you can reserve your room at the incredible hotels that host our events, like The Breakers in Palm Beach and the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego.
To opt back into our emails, follow these three easy steps:
- Open your email client
- Search your inbox or trash for “Foundations Events”
- Scroll to the bottom of the email and click “Manage your preferences.”
It’s that simple!
You’re not signed up for our newsletter?! Let’s fix that!
If you want as much Foundations Events as you can get, then it’s time you joined our newsletter! Head over to the Contact page and fill out the form. Be sure you have the “Join Newsletter” option selected. Once enrolled in our newsletter, you will receive emails concerning discounted registration, conference contests and giveaways, and ways that you can get involved, either by sponsoring or exhibiting.
One last thing: Once you sign up and start receiving your emails, share them. At the bottom of each email, you will see a section labeled “Share this email.” There you can choose to distribute the message through Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Also, feel free to click the share-by-email icon and forward it to your friends and colleagues.
